The Flourmen had beaten West Division title-favourites Cogenhoe United after extra-time and penalties to reach the semi-final but although they came back from being a Brad Clarke goal at half-time to equalise through Kyle Walter, they ran out of luck in overtime when Ollie Walton snatched victory in the 102nd minute.

In the East Division, Corby Town`s chances of winning the title took a blow when they were beaten by close neighbours and fierce rivals S & L at Steel Park.

In a typical derby match, the visitors went two-up through Ryan Gormley and Ryan Brittan before ex-S & L defender Fraser Glover replied with a header.

S & L dominated the majority of the second half and added to their tally with a Jon Dean header and a Macauley McBride lob.

Eynesbury Rovers moved into third place after easing to a 4-0 Hall Road victory over bottom-markers Thrapston.

Jamie Hutchinson bagged a brace for the hosts, with Ryan Inskip and Aiden Stockwell also on target.

Rothwell Corinthians went goal-crazy at Hayden Road, hammering young hosts Rushden & Higham 9-0.

In the West Division On Chenecks ensured they remained in contention for second spot after easing to a 5-1 win at now bottom side Bugbrooke St Michaels.
